This 45-minute heated class is built around circuit based strength training designed to build muscle, boost metabolism, and support longevity to help you feel stronger and empowered every day. Who is this class for: All levels, Strength Building. 

This 45-minute heated class focuses on low impact strength and muscular endurance using slow, controlled movements inspired by Pilates principals through targeted sequences, isometric holds, and high-repetition work. You'll build deep core stability, improve posture, and challenge stabilizing muscles. Who is this class for: All levels, Low Impact, Strength & Stability

This 45-minute heated flow-based yoga class links breath with movement through a series of fluid poses designed to improve mobility, build strength, and release tension. In soothing infrared warmth, muscles relax more easily, promoting circulation and allowing for deeper stretching while developing balance, control, and mindful movement. This 45-minute rhythm-based cycling class blends energizing music with climbs, pushes, and recovery intervals to build cardiovascular endurance and improve stamina. Through guided intervals and resistance changes, you'll challenge your legs, elevate your heart rate, and leave feeling strong, sweaty and empowered. Who is this class for: All levels, Cardio, Endurance 

A gentle, fun 45-minute class to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility.  Perfect for adults 65+. This session combines low impact resistance, coordination, and balance work to keep you feeling stronger and independent every day. Who is this class for: 65+ individuals, All levels, Low Impact, Strength, Stability

INFRARED  CLASSES

Our infrared studio uses radiant heat that warms the body directly - creating a soothing, penetrating warmth that supports movement, increases flexibility, recovery, and well-being.

UNHEATED  CLASSES

This 30-minute cycling class is designed to elevate your heart rate, build endurance, and boost cardio - without the stress on your joints. Expect energizing music, smooth intervals, and intentional coaching that meets you where you are.  Perfect for all fitness levels, this ride keeps things efficient and effective while being gentle on knees and hips. Whether you are just getting started or looking for an active recovery day, this class delivers a powerful cardio boost in just half an hour. 

EXPRESS RIDE

This 30-minute infrared strength class uses dumbbells and bodyweight to build muscle, boost metabolism, and leave you feeling strong- not drained. Perfect for busy schedules, joint-friendly training, and anyone looking to build strength and consistency.

EMPOWER IGNITE

Empower Ignite is built for middle school athletes ready to develop a strong athletic foundation. This program focuses on building strength, speed, power, coordination, and movement quality through age-appropriate training. Athletes will follow structured sessions designed to improve performance, reduce injury risk, and build confidence both in and out of their sport. 

EMPOWER Elite

Empower Elite is built for high school athletes ready to take their performance to the next level. This program focuses on advanced strength training, speed, power, and sports-specific development. Athletes follow structured programming designed to improve performance, reduce injury risk, and build the discipline and confidence needed to complete at a higher level.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We love having you in our classes and want to ensure a smooth experience for everyone - our instructors, members, and those on the waitlist. To make this possible, we ask that you review and follow our cancellation guidelines:
  • Please cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled class. This gives us time to offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.
  • A $5 late cancel fee applies.
  • We often have members on the waitlist. Timely cancellations help them attend and keep classes full.
  • You can cancel your class via the MindBody APP.
